Our newest acquisition, the Elder Ranch, now known as Elder Prairie was donated to NPAT in April 2023 by the Houston Trust Company as the Trustee of the Charles Jago Elder Charitable Trust. The conservation easement is held by the Texas Land Conservancy. Read more »
