We can’t stress enough how important it is to come prepared for the EXTREME TEXAS HEAT!!

Be mindful; pace yourself as we enjoy this tour!

We encourage everyone to bring bottled water and dress appropriately [hat, light colored long sleeve shirt, closed-toe shoes or boots, and long pants (bands to tie pant legs and ward off ticks)]. REMEMBER your insect repellant, sunscreen, bandana or cloth and camera!

COSTS:
BUS FARE and DINNER: $80 per NPAT Member; $90 per Non-NPAT Member. (You may pay your bus fare online (via PayPal) when you register or bring your cash or check June 16. Thanks!)
LUNCH is $10 CASH per person at restaurant (Select ‘standard’, ‘gluten-free’ or ‘vegetarign’ lunch when registering.)

7:30 am Depart Bath House Cultural Center, Dallas
8:30 - 9:30 am: Matthew Cartwright-Roberts Prairie with Susan Roberts, near Terrell
11:00 am - Noon: Ebel Grassland Ranch with Kelli and Karl Ebel, Sulphur Bluff.
12:30 - 1:30pm: Lunch: Lennox House, Clarksville. $10/person CASH ONLY please. 
2:00 - 4:00 pm: Lennox Woods Preserve north of Clarksville: the “MORE” in Prairies & More, described as “One of the most beautiful and pristine old-growth forests in the state”.
4:45 - 6:00 pm: Daphne Prairie, Mt. Vernon. (Shown in NPAT’s photo above taken May, 2016.)
6:30 - 7:45 pm: Dinner: All participants are invited guests of Franklin County Historical Association of the B.F. Hicks Church Inn, 501 S. Kaufman Street, Mt. Vernon, TX. 
7:45 pm: Depart Mt. Vernon for Dallas
9:45 pm: Arrive at Bath House Cultural Center, Dallas
