6:30 – 7:00 PM Social & Refreshments We will be celebrating the great turnout at our Indiangrass Prairie Preserve Walk November 5, 2017 and SAVING Paul Mathews Prairie!  We are on our way to preserving these two great prairies!!
7:00 - 7:15 PM Announcements, Reports & Pictures! Nov. 5 Indiangrass Preserve Prairie Walk”, future plans for Indiangrass Wildlife Sanctuary Preserve ; and update on Paul Mathews Prairie.
7:15-8:15 PM Program: “The Successful Prairie Restoration Story: Kirchoff Family Farm,” by Don Kirchoff, Landowner, Don Kirchoff, of Wilson County, TX, will share his inspiring and humorous story, how his family transformed their family farm into a first class prairie restoration site.
He will detail how they got started, the mistakes they made, how they improved their techniques and found support, and how they achieved a true prairie restoration success story.
If you are interested in returning land to its original state and you want to learn how to do it, this program will inspire you to start or continue with your efforts.
